Tangy Green smoothie


2 sticks celery with leaves chopped

½ cucumber chopped

1 green apple chopped

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon linseeds

2 tablespoons hempseeds

¼ wedge of lemon with the skin (seeds removed)

Filtered water


Place all ingredients into a blender and fill with filtered water to the top of the ingredients, then blend until smooth.
