Gut Healing Smoothie

Ingredients

1 large stick of celery including tops and leaves (2 sticks if it small)
1 green apple with skin
½ cucumber
2 tablespoons coriander
1cm fresh ginger
20g pumpkin seeds
15 g sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon marine collagen
1 cup filtered water (use ½ cup of water and half a cup of boiling water in cold weather)

Method

Blend all ingredients thoroughly and enjoy with a slice of toasted sprouted quinoa bread spread with avocado or Melrose omega 3 spread.

This smoothie will help increase production of hydrochloric acid and help increase your bodies own beneficial bacteria as well as decrease any bad bacteria. It will also aid detoxification and improve skin and gut integrity.
